"Parking was further than anticipated, the room key pad was confusing and locked us out immediately and we had to use the key on the table, luckily security was able to unlock our door for us so we could get ready and make it to our event on time. There was some damage to the bathroom cabinet towards the bottom when we arrived and stains on the bedroom carpet, clean other than that. Beautiful views, felt very secure, and in walking distance from everything we needed. "

"Overall pretty good. There was one bed, and two tiny pads that made up a bunk bed in the hallway. The top one was impossible to get to, though. The couch is a recliner, not a sleeper, however when fully reclined it was really comfy. As it was winter time, it was really cold in the hallway that had the bunks, so we opted to sleep on the couch. Overall, it did the job."

"The condo has a very convenient location if you plan to visit Sugar Mountain resort. You're located right next to the top of the "Oma's Meadow" trail so it's only a short walk away. The condo is thoughtfully upgraded and includes everything you would need for a short stay. The memory foam bed is very comfortable, the unit was clean, and Brandon was very responsive. There's only a couple of things I found myself wanting (and please note, this is being very picky!) - a full couch so you can...

"The property owner double-booked and texted me two days before my stay and said, "Sorry, this was already booked for your dates." However, VRBO had already taken my money and now it is a week later and I have still not been reimbursed.Not only did it leave me and my out-of-town guests in a lurch two days before NYE, but we are also having to fight to get our money refunded with no help or communication from the owner.I DO NOT recommend this property!!!!"

"We love this area of the OBX, and this condo was perfect! Oceanfront, waves, dolphins, sunrises, location ... everything. This unit is very well presented and the kitchen has everything you could want for a great stay. The location is perfect for the grocery store, local restaurants, and more. And I loved how the owner sent us a list of good local eateries shortly after we arrived. We loved this condo and will be back later this year!"

"We came in to town for an adaptive snow ski clinic. It was conveniently located to Beech Mountain Ski Resort and we had a great stay. It was easy to access and Amy was quick to respond with information and questions. Very clean and would stay again. "

"Everything from the booking process to the check-in process to the follow up and check out process was wonderful. The condo is centrally located to be able to walk to amazing restaurants and breweries and shopping. We had an amazing time and will definitely explore coming back to this location in the future."
