"We had a great stay. Kelley was communicative about the details and responded to questions in a timely manner. Location was convenient to downtown Black Mountain. The only issue is the lack of cell phone service, which not a fault of the property, just stating so others are aware. You have to use WiFi calling. I recommend this property for your next visit to the Black Mountain area."

"We loved our trip and will be booking again in the future! All the comments about the driveway being rough are accurate but as long as you have 4wheel drive, a truck, or SUV you should be fine. The water is normal well water. We showered in it just fine but we have family that has well water so maybe thats why it didn’t bother us. Over all we loved this little cabin and can’t wait to come back❤️"

"Host was amazing. Gave my group some insight of the area and had the wood fireplace ready to go. The host had the cabin very well stocked with household items and toiletries. The views of the surrounding mountains were absolutely beautiful. My only complaint is that the photos of the listing showed a telescope on the back porch, but there was no telescope to be found upon arrival. The overall experience was absolutely wonderful "

"This rental was wonderful! A group of 20 of us, ranging in family ages 2years old and 60 had a great time! We had everything we needed, enjoyed every bit of the property and were perfectly content when we were snowed in! Plenty of fire wood, games, sleds to use, etc. this is an older property, so if someone is picky about updates, the bathrooms have not been updated in quite sometime and are smaller.
