There was no answer on the number provided for assistance and it took an unacceptable length of time to get contact by messages and to be allocated another room. Hotels.com attempted to make contact regarding the incorrect room allocation and could not get any response. Accommodation providers know what hadms been booked and paid for plus they also know that the allocated room...

"Very friendly and informative staff, the room was very clean and renovated. Good breakfast and the food served in the restaurant was delicious. They have charging station for electric car which made our life easy 🙂"

"What a great find, Ifound thisnand read a few reviews which were not great but it turns out these were for the old mangement. The room was clean and well appointed and the shower was great, super tasty fresh salmon evening meal and a very dood breakfast spread. Will definately be back."
