Come and stay at a freshly remodeled cozy home built in the 1940’s. The home has one bedroom with living room with pull out couch, a galley style kitchen, dining room and bathroom with large walk in glass shower and soaker tub. Smart 55” TV in the living room and WiFi access for your work.

We are centrally located to Freed Hardeman University and downtown Henderson. Only 20 minutes from Jackson.

Great place to stay in Henderson
We just stayed at this location for the second time; it's a great little house that is clean, modern, and close to the local college campus. Great place to stay when visiting college students, be able to visit with them, play games, cook for them, etc. Will definitely be back!

Awesome Hideaway
We were in town for a wedding, by far we had the most convenient location. This place is awesome. The renovation and decor are amazing. Super clean, great use of space. Loved all the rooms. Would have liked to had access to a closet to hang up some clothing but not a huge deal. All in all we loved it. Probably the best vacation rental we have had thus far in our family travels. Great Value!

Freed-Hardeman University Plush
Stayed here while watching our son play baseball at Freed-Hardeman. Literally a 2-minute drive from campus. Ultra-convenient. Everything is brand new. Master is upstairs. Only one bathroom downstairs but it is very nice. Will definitely stay again.

Perfect house!
We could not have asked for a better house! Beautifully designed and very modern in every detail. Living room very comfortable, the kitchen was perfectly stocked, beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was beautiful! The Bluetooth speaker in the shower was a bonus for my teenage children! The house was easily the cleanest house we have ever rented!!! Edward the owner was also very prompt to answer any of my questions. The neighborhood was also very nice surrounded by sweet older neighbors; we met 3 of them! We had a very nice stay, and we can’t wait to come visit Henderson again!

Cute modern, newly updated house. The queen bunk beds were great, all of the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very nice, except it looked as though the cleaning of it had been rushed and there were things missed. We had hair in the shower and around the back of the sink, and urine and hair on the toilet. It would have been nice to have a bathroom upstairs so you didn't have to run back down stairs to get to the only bathroom. Overall the house was nice and we enjoyed our stay. We would think about staying again.

Wonderful little house
This little house was wonderfully remodeled. Very clean and modern. And the kitchen was VERY well stocked, with plenty of utensils, cookware, and even a supply of some food in the cabinets and fridge! Bed was comfy and the big bathroom was super nice. I only have 2 small complaints: 1) All the closets were locked, so there was no place to hang our clothes. And 2) there were no blinds on the front door or the large back patio doors, so you can literally see straight through the house from the street (or the neighbors' yards in the back). And the blinds that are on the windows are some type of reed blinds that offer minimal privacy at night and allow a LOT of light during the day. But all in all a very nice little house and a perfect location for what we needed. I'd stay here again!
