"What a nice host. We requested early check-in (twice) and were accommodated immediately. I realize that properties are under heavy use and would imagine that there is a "cycle" when updates, deep cleanings, and fresh paint jobs are done.I say that because I'm thinking that we may have been towards the end of the "cycle". The property needs an update and a spruce up.Other than saying that our experience was really good and we'd rent again."

"This house was perfect size for three families to enjoy a spring break vacation. The backyard was spectacular; exceeding the expectations. The house was clean and spacious. The communication with the property management was swift and positive. What a successful week! We already look forward to our return. "

"Plenty of space and large indoor and outdoor tables for group dining. Pool was great. Nice neighborhood with parks nearby. Easy check in. Small ants outside but only a problem when any crumbs left behind. "

Old fireworks in a bucket on the patio Dirty BBQ utensils outside No body wash in master bathroom Had to clean pots and pans before we could use them No wash clothes Ran out of hand soap in one bath and no hand soap in the kitchen No kitchen towels and only one hand towel in each bathroom Floors were disgusting, feet were black at the of the day"
