• Washing up liquid, salt, pepper, standard tea bags, coffee supply, milk sachets, toilet roll & kitchen roll.
• Linen included - 1 bath towel per person, 1 hand towel per person, 1floor mat per bathroom with shower or bath.
• 1 hair dryer
• 1 iron and ironing board
• 1 washing machine, tumble dryer & dishwasher

Located on a quiet residential street in a recently renovated character building in the centre of Henley-on-Thames.
• The nearest pub is The Anchor, Friday Street
• The nearest restaurant is the Hart Street Tavern, Hart Street
• The nearest train station is at Henley-on-Thames 3-5 min walk.
• The nearest paid parking is Greys Road Car Park (free overnight), free parking can be found on local streets further out of town.
• The nearest supermarket is Waitrose located on Bell Street 3-5 min walk.

Getting Around:
Although there is no parking at the property there are several car parks available within walking distance at:
• Greys Road Car Park
• Southfields (Off Goodall Close) Car Park
• Kings Road Car Park
And often there is free parking on the roads close-by

Other Things to Note:
The sofa bed is a pull out bed not a full fold out mattress, great for crashing for a couple of nights but worth noting for longer stays

One medium well behaved dog is very welcome.
Please note, there is an additional fee of £45.00 per dog, per week or short break, and longer stays by negotiation, if you do need to bring more than one dog, please talk to us, we will always try and be flexible. You need to let us know in advance if you will be bringing your dog with you.

​​​​​​​Please note, a refundable cautionary deposit of £250 is required before your stay starts. If you have booked via Airbnb, you will not be asked to pay a damage deposit.

Please note if you have booked via Hosting Holidays, 50% of your payment will be taken upfront, the other 50% will be collected 5 days before your check in date.

Any stays booked during dates of The Royal Henley Regatta within a 10-mile radius of Henley-On-Thames are not eligible for refunds of any kind. If any refunds are given it is at the full discretion of Hosting Homes.

Fabulous apartment
A wonderful place to stay. In the centre of Henley, but so quiet and private. This apartment is modern, furnished well and has everything you need for a comfortable break. I look forward to a return visit.

The apartment is hidden away, very quiet, on the ground floor with no-one above. Stylish decor, and everything you could need. No parking nearby, but that is the compromise for this central location.

Lovely place to stay
The apartment is lovely, quiet, well appointed, very clean and well situated for the Thames, cafes, pubs, restaurants, and shopping. It is even nicer than it appears in the photos. We didn't use the outside terrace but can see how pleasant it would be-nice seating area, large umbrella, grill for cooking out. We had a relaxing, comfortable stay
