"The internet connection was very spotty. Tv in one bedroom had no cable access or internet. They did however have a huge assortment of dvd movies to watch! This was stocked well for cooking essentials. Very quiet in a secluded wooded lot. Great for a quiet getaway. Would come back again. "

"We had a wonderful time with our family visiting from abroad. The cabin surroundings are just beautiful in the fall and you have access to the beach also amazing. We are not early morning people and not having blackouts made it very difficult to sleep in in the morning. The shared spaces for the whole family are just perfect. The space has everything you need to enjoy meals and spend time together indoors"

"Amazing home, space, view, people to work with! The owner Luke was almost instantly responsive to any questions or info I needed. I've never stayed in a vrbo that was that well-stocked with EVERYTHING. And the view was breathtakingly magnificent. "This was a cute cabin along the south shore of Lake Superior, a quick bike ride to a couple of smaller towns and about 25 minutes to Bayfield. There is a short walk to a beach cove which is secluded and beautiful. Less than a 10 minute drive to Hidden falls hike which was gorgeous! The host was very responsive and flexible, and the place was clean and organized. Would definitely spend time here again! "

"We enjoyed our time in Herbster. The cabin was stocked with all the creature comforts, and its location - nestled in the woods along the lakeshore - was outstanding. We enjoyed our morning beverages as we watched the sunrise each morning. Cooking breakfast and lunch in the kitchen was easy with all the provided items. For dinner, we ate at The Cranberry Over Superior - and recommend it! We explored Cornucopia and Port Wing, too. The South Shore had plenty to keep us occupied when we ventured...
