"I found the receptionist Suzana to be very professional abd helpful. I liked the modernised old world European charm at an affordable price. The room was spacious with little professional touches such as a sophisticated coffee machine. The shower was excellent . The balconies were spacious , but did overlook each other. The breakfast was excellent, so unlike those wretched USA chain hotel breakfasts created by accountants. The staff were all friendly. I realise the Iberostar Slavija Budva is not in the center of Budva, but close enough for me and especially with a car it helped me enjoy a perfect stay."

"Location is perfect, it's few steps away from the beach and also the entrance to the old town. Cafe right next to beach has a lounge deck area. Plenty of restaurants to choose from walking around the old town and a short walk to the marina which also has many restaurants. I had upgraded to the executive suite on the 3rd floor with a balcony sea view. The room is very spacious with modern bathroom facilities. The breakfast at the hotel has plenty of choices and good selection of options. The hotel facilities are excellent. Gym is a good size with plenty of equipment. The spa has steam and sauna rooms, indoor and outdoor pools which I used everyday and really enjoyed. The sauna could do with access to water. Other areas have very nice features. Hotel reception staff were friendly and helpful, check in was quick. I would stay here again if visiting Budva. "

"Wonderful hotel, staff super friendly and attentive. Stayed here for a week. I’d recommend getting a car to visit nearby kotor, tivat and other sites Montenegro has to offer. If you’re staying at the hotel parking is free. I’d recommend the restaurants around the hotel as well. "

"Lovely hotel. Very comfortable, largel room tastefully decorated with good amenities (Bvgari). Gorgeous spa area with hamam and gym. Great location right in the middle of Perast on the sea. If the road is open ( closed during high season) do not drive in as it is extremely tight two way traffic. Staff will get you and your bags from the parking area some distance away"

"We arrived at the hotel and the hotel was amazing from the outside. The first day, everything was fine. No issues and we was satisfied. However, the rest of the holiday there was no air condition while the tempature was 30degrees. It was roasting throughout the whole holiday in the room. The second day, we was in the lift, it was 02:05 in the morning hours and the lift failed and dropped from the first floor. We was stuck in the lift for about 20 minutes with no help. I then had to jam open the lift shaft doors and climb out with my partner who was petrified. The receptionist came out and asked if we was okay. That was it. Not very accommodating after a terrible experience. I have reported this to the hotel and not heard anything back. "
