Booking was for 4 person. Bed was not made. Staff has moved to another floor instead of making the bed. Closing and moving all the luggage to another room. Not good There was a power flip as well in the room. Overall not a pleasant experience. But staff were prompt in responding amd helping

When I checked into the hotel, I was really disappointed with the cleanliness and service. There was hair on the folded robe in my room, and I even found a used toothbrush behind the bathroom door, which made it clear the room hadn’t been properly cleaned. I asked reception for hand soap, and they said someone would bring it up, but no one ever did. I also emailed reception about these issues, but no one responded. When I went to the front desk in person, they promised the manager would contact me, but I never heard back. It’s been really frustrating and far below the standards I expected.
