"What an amazing find! we were walking the dales way and had walked from Appetreewick that day, we arrived later than expected. "We had a lovely 2 night stay here, the house is beautifully finished with lots of space. The hot tub was a very welcome addition and we made good use of the living space. Ann was brilliant at providing all the information in advance. My only slight request would be to have some larger pans, cooking for 7 with a small frying pan was quite tricky!! "The staff where lovely ,the food delicious especially breakfast, the resteraunt and bar area was very nice. The problem was our accomodation location, which was in the annexe if you have mobility issues there is a short very steep path down to it so we had to use car to get up and down to the main building other than it was a perfect stay we wii be back We will ve returning for another stay"

"When we arrived we were given room 12 but upon opening the door it was filled with builders rubbish. We then waited for a while and the manger came to see us saying he only had 1 other room but it has no hot water. He said we could use the spa for free and was very helpful and kind. He said he will re fund half our money back which I’m not sure how this happens as I still havent had this. If I get my money back I would definitely come again and we did have a really nice time "
