The log burner was a special treat. Great WiFi and TV, very comfortable bed and nice and warm central heating. "Lovely property set in a great location. In a super setting and with other villages close by this makes this a really good choice to explore the Dales. The cottage is warm , cosy and very comfortable and in a clean condition. With paths all over the place if you a walker it’s a great spot. The beds are really comfortable, lots of spaces to hang out in the house, the area is magic- roll out of the front door and you are by the river or can go on glorious riverside walks from the front door. "Very secluded, which I loved. Jeanne was extremely helpful and directions were spot on. Lovely old house, with touches of times gone by and all mod cons as well. Cows and chickens and a lovely garden for book reading. Horse riding in the dales was an added bonus. Thank you for letting me stay."
