This gorgeous home is less than 2 minutes from Downtown Hico where all the shops and restaurants are located. In addition, it is about an hour away from both Fort Worth, TX and Waco, TX, and about 20 minutes away from Stephenville, TX, where Tarleton State University is located.

You will find that there is a surveillance camera that is located on the wall of the front porch and facing outward towards the driveway for your protection.
