"What an amazing find. Upon check in we were greeted by Steve and Marsha and treated like long time friends. Marsha showed us the property and they didn't miss a beat when it came to details. Not only is the property beautiful the rooms are meticulously appointed with details such as Turkish robes, fine linens, high end toiletries. "This is a very unique B&B. I loved the grounds. It was very peaceful and staff was very helpful and down to earth. They have lots of farm animals which I thought was a neat touch to see them. The breakfast was delicious. We stayed in the Texas Oil Boom Room which was nice, had its on bathroom, and bed was super comfortable. "

"It is a special place. Even more beautiful than the pictures. They were gracious and accommodating. Pool and hot tub were in a zen like garden. Definitely returning next time I come to Austin."

"We wanted to stay close to Hudson’s and it was within walking distance. Host communicated right away on all texts. You have to coordinate coming in and out of gate. We had a complimentary breakfast which was delicious and was offered dinner up to 1030pm. Two beautiful dogs roam the huge yard."
