"Good location near the centre, payable parking at the hotel (13€), room and bathroom decent and clean. Minor issue with hair dryer cutting out after a few seconds, reception asked us to descend 3 floors to collect a replacement rather than sending one up with a member of staff so maybe customer service could be improved a little. Other than that the staff were very pleasant and the hotel was good value for money"

"Amazing stay. The room we were given was very nice and we had our own private rooftop balcony area that is bigger than the regular balconies shown in pictures. Spa access provided which was nice and the location is good with a good view. Only issue is that shower is very low down and we struggled. I am 5’5 and had to lean over a bit. My boyfriend is over 6ft so was harder for him. Also food we ordered was small portion sizes, not much to the meals so wouldn’t recommend paying fot if it’s your...

"The hotel is well positioned just beside the park and a short walk to everything in the centre. There seemed to be some renovation which had been started but wasn’t complete but my room was very spacious with a nice view of the park. The breakfast was good value."

"Excellent place; arty room with balcony overlooking lake, great terrace on lake (a little cool at end Sept), nice bar and good breakfast. Slightly disorganised feel but that was part of the charm. Would like to come back for longer when it is a little warmer, as this was a one-night stop on our way back from Italy."

"This hotel was absolutely lovely! Our room was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable. Nice shower with good water pressure. The jacuzzi and sauna were very relaxing. The concierge Francois was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. He went above and beyond. Five stars! "

"Très bien placé dans une petite ruelle de la zone piétonne. Pratique pour tout faire à pieds, par contre plus compliqué pour le parking de la voiture. Le staff était sympa et nous a aidé avec le bébé (lit et couvertures). Tout est automatisé alors les horaires sont très flexibles. Un peu chaud en août (pas de clim, mais un ventilateur), mais l'endroit est bien à l'ombre alors ça passe."

Good location, but tired and needs an update.

"We only stayed one night, and I was okay with the Adelphia - because I booked it - but my wife didn’t like it. It’s a little tired and in need of maintenance. To use the spa you have to ask at reception for bathrobes, then traipse thru the bar to get to the spa pools, swimming pool, and sauna/hammam. We didn’t see anybody use the changing rooms; they all seemed to change in their own rooms and walk through the hotel and bar in their bathrobes. Fortunately, there were no customers in the bar at 9:30pm on a Friday night! There is also no supply of towels for use in the pool and spa facilities - you just use the bathrobe. I used the spa pool and saunas - they’re a bit old but still function well; the changing rooms are a little tired, so I can see why nobody else used them - I showered in there after my saunas. My wife didn’t like the level of cleanliness, and also felt that the bedlinen was a cotton mix rather than a decent cotton. Good location, but tired. Parking was secure and at no extra charge, so that was a plus point. We didn’t eat or drink in the hotel so cannot comment on the food. "
