The need to ensure the kettle has enough cable to reach the power supply. The receptionist was friendly and approachable. The hotel is in a handy location for the train station and buses. There are nice walks into the forest. Very limited dining options."

"A nice, well kept hotel in a great area, right near the old bridge and and the center of the old city. Plenty of restaurants on the area, the hotel restaurant was completely full, so I didn't get a chance to try it other than the traditional German breakfast, but it must be good if they have a sign recommending reservations. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Heidelberg."
