"The location is good. Staff are helpful. The washroom is a huge problem. No shower curtain or door. So the floor becomes wet and very inconvenient. No housekeeping the whole 4 days stay. So continuously living in filthy conditions. Had to take out our own garbage. Also because no housekeeping and no phone in room, had to keep going to the reception to ask for simple things like toilet papers and fresh towels. No fridge, had to use fridge at the reception. Complaint against Expedia which does not follow up my complaint even after I have sent the scan copy of receipt of those extra charges via email.
