"The property is part of a commercial site. Which is fine, there is a lack of views from the rear deck. That being said. The host is very friendly and helpful. The place is beautifully decorated. If we find ourselves needing to stay near Ten Mile, TN again, we will definitely check for availability."

"Wonderful option for anglers who want to be on Chickamauga and near the Dayton Boat Launch. The apartment was very clean. Great location just 5 minutes from the launch. Communication with homeowner was excellent. We can’t wait to return to Chickamauga! "

"Hiwassee Acres was better than I could have expected. The property was beautiful and had such a relaxing atmosphere. Kathi and David were great hosts who could be found working around the property. The unit was clean and comfortable. We especially liked the patio with lights and the pickleball courts!"

"The place was great!! Just needed to get away for a few days and it was everything I needed fishing .games . Fire .family the owner is great answered promptly and super friendly my daughters took out the paddle boat and had a awesome time I will definitely go back"

"Loved our stay! We were here for a wedding so didn't get as much time to enjoy the facilities but we were able to take a short hike and kayak on the river. Beautiful property, very clean and comfortable room perfectly set-up and with coffee/creamer in the room for our convenience. Kathi was so helpful every time we reached out. Highly recommend!"

"The bungalow is perfect size for 2. My daughter and I were in town for a college showcase tournament. We found so much nearby to do during the downtown. The area is very quiet and by very beautiful university. I just love the home like feel and coziness made for the perfect nights sleep. Definitely Recommend"

"Like a secret little paradise! Kathi and her husband were so kind and hospitable! We had a wonderful time kayaking at sunset, and we can't wait for a reason to come through the Cleveland area again so we can bring the kids to see! Everything was shiny clean and perfectly in place! Check in and out were seemless and the room was well stocked with whatever we needed! We will definitely be back!"
