This was not mentioned and stressed upon on the expedia website/app. The property was recently renovated and the public areas are clean and well kept. The hotel is walking distance to the busiest hub in the city. The hotel reception staff were helpful, polite, and professional. The cleaning staff had some issues understanding "do not disturb". "Great option for a layover. Attached to the airport. The only draw back was the room smell. I’m assuming they were covering up a smoking smell with some type of air spray. Room was clean, hotel check in and restaurant staff are friendly and efficient. "

"The rain shower was phenomenal almost too much pressure. Separated from the toilet too which is not always commonplace at the price I paid for this room. A little far from west kowloon and central stops but great value if you dont mind making the trip. Fairly close to the park where you can see monkeys though. Beware the monkeys are quite dangerous if you try to interact with them. Just be mindful they are wild animals. But back the hotel. Bed was lovely, pillows were a little soft for me but...

"Very clean and new. Lots of local food choice near hotel. There are 24 self-serve laundry facility near the hotel. Room is a little bit small, the wall between rooms is not thick enough to block sound. Shower water pressure not good enough."

"We had a fantastic stay here. It’s a 5 minute walk to the MTR station. The size of the room is huge. The kitchen area was handy as we could make some simple meals. The staff were friendly and helpful. And, of course, the view was stunning. The government has initiated a new green policy so no toiletries are provided, although you do have the option to purchase some at the front desk or at nearby shops. No complaints at all. We will definitely stay here again."
