"A beautiful place in beautiful surroundings. Staff so welcoming and friendly, all staff approachable and helpful from dining to leisure staff. Food was excellent, my partner says the scrambled egg for breakfast was the best he ever had! Such a variety on offer from breakfast, including gluten free and all dietary requirements provided for. The swimming pool child friendly and also perfect for couples and adults to escape for a bit! The rooms were clean and spacious, with lovely details such as fresh water available around the whole complex. We will be staying again, so much to do in the surrounding areas, only a short drive from so many places and such a lovely place to return to at the end of the day! "

"We were at the Last Drop for a wedding and didn't experience too much of the hotel but the bedroom was clean, breakfast was plentiful and my wife enjoyed half an hour in the hot tub. "

"This was the second time we have stayed at this hotel. The first time we visited the East Lancashire Railway, this time we had an event at the AO arena in Manchester. It’s a 7 minute drive into Bury. Park at the metro station and into Manchester. Staff friendly and welcoming. Hotel is modern, the showers are great. The family room is spacious. Plenty of spaces in the car park. We will come back and stay here again. "
