The hotel staff was incredibly helpful, assisting us with luggage storage ahead of check-in and mailing our luggage to another hotel at check-out. "Love this hotel, it is reasonably priced but the quality and service exceeded all my expectations. There is an entrance to the underground tunnel network linking to metro and JR. The club lounge is as good as what a 5-star hotel may offer, breakfast is of decent quality. Most importantly, the room is of good size by Japan standards, it is comfortable and clean. This will be the only hotel I will stay if I return to Sapporo!"

"Nice stay if you're driving, little bit away from the main town means easy parking. 2nd street across the street if you're into op shop hunting. Aeon near by. Onsen is great and they even got a swimming pool! I only stayed 2 night didn't get to use it :("
