Perfect for a couple.
Weekly summer rental( Sunday - Sunday) 3-night minimum in Summer and can rent; Sunday - Wed or Thursday & Thursday- Sunday

Features panoramic views of Saugatuck Harbor. Walls of windows facing park and harbor.
King Bed, Cork Floors, Tumbled tile Bathroom with exposed brick, tile shower with spa amenities. Walk-in Closet with Full Size Washer Dryer. Studio like Open Concept Living and dining room with efficiency kitchen. Living room features sofa, 2 easy chairs and dining/card table. Bathroom has exposed brick, large walk in shower. Efficiency Kitchen has real granite counter and backsplash, 2 burner stove, mini refrigerator, Convection oven/microwave, and ice maker. Cable TV- not that you will want to be inside with the great Views of harbor from each room. Includes Linens, beach towels & 2 Backpack beach chairs to use during stay, basic stocked kitchen, private deck for dining and enjoying sunsets. Have a glass of wine and watch the boats or enjoy sunset over the harbor. Walk to shops and restaurants, spa. Dog considered with prior owner approval- prefer 40+ lb non barking dogs as this is a multi-unit building. Dog considered depending upon occupancy. This is one of a few units in the building so if traveling with friends they may book one of the others- inquire with owner.
We are sorry, due to recent events Dog must be pre-approved based on occupancy.

Cozy with a wonderful location
This rental was super cute and cozy. It was immaculate and we found cheese, crackers, and wine left for us to enjoy. Marta was very responsive with booking (we had to change the original days we were staying) and, when there was an issue with the toilet, she responded back immediately to resolve the problem. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Amazing location! Great host!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property’s location is on Water Street with a great view of the harbor with a nice porch and is in the middle of the downtown area. The property was very comfortable for a couple and was well maintained and clean. The host was great with communicating with us and responded quickly to us. Highly recommend this location!

Wonderful place, great location, kitchen is well stocked, it’s small but totally works for breakfast or lunch. Great location to walking to shops and restaurants. My only suggestion is to have a small ice maker. We had a great stay!

Tiny, but Excellent location!
Smaller than i expected, but fine for us. (Note, there is a tiny sink and no dishwasher, so don’t plan to make a huge meal. ) That said, it was clean, beds were comfy, had absolutely everything you could need/ want. Of you want to explore downtown Saugatuck it’s the ideal location. The treats were an unexpected plus!

Loved this place, honestly can't beat the location. RIGHT across from the lake, open view. Right next to shopping. Kind of like a mini house, small and compact but super clean, updated amenities and little extras.

Fantastic Property!
My wife and I stayed to celebrate our anniversary weekend and to enjoy downtown Saugatuck. The property is absolutely fantastic with views of the water and centrally located to all dining, shops, and bars. Sized perfectly for two guests we had everything we needed and Marta had wine chilled and local chocolates from Farmhouse deli waiting for us when we arrived. Marta was a great host with excellent communication and was very accommodating on times based on our travel schedule. Highly recommend and we will be back!

Relaxing Getaway in a Great Waterfront Cottage
My husband and I with our cockapoo had a wonderful relaxing time at this centrally located, waterfront cottage. It was clean, equipped with all the amenities for a getaway. Great location
I stayed in the apt B, which is small, but very nice. The host provided wine, and lots of appetizer goodies. clean and well decorated. Host was wonderful and communicating with me when I had questions. the location could not be better. Close to the boardwalk and also the shops in town. A short drive to the state park where there is wonderful hiking out to Lake Michigan.

This a great small place for 2. Everything was as expected though quarters were a little tighter than I’d imagined. Really appreciated the welcome gifts left by Marta. Location couldn’t have been better with a great view from inside and especially from the deck/patio.

Best place in Saugatuck
Condo right across from marina and The Butler on the main street in town. Has its own porch with a little water bubbler from where you can people watch. You are a short walking distance from everything. Condo is nice with windows and good views. Owner always leaves nice treat of wine and snacks. Rates are reasonable. It’s the best!!!

Perfect location
Perfect location for a get a way to Saugatuck! Clean, comfortable and walking distance to everything. Easy check in and check out-Marta was great to work with! She even left a wonderful welcome basket-face masks and gloves included during the crazy COVID 19 pandemic. We enjoyed the porch overlooking the marina-the perfect place to start and end the day. If you get a chance go to Star of Saugatuck sunset cruise-if was a beautiful way to spend a evening! Hope to be back soon!
