A fantastic place for families or a nice group of friends vacationing together. It’s a short walk to the River and a very short drive to Daytona Beach. Just minutes away from the Daytona International Speedway. The home is on a nice quiet street but minutes from shopping, restaurants from all the action and adventures that Daytona Beach offers.

Great property. We used it as a base for Kennedy Space Centre and a visit to St Augustine. Daytona Beach and Speedway closeby. The TV subscriptions and table football were a hit with the kids and we liked the cooking facilities.

The property was exactly what was posted in the advertisement. The house was clean, cozy and welcoming. Our family wanted to spend some quality time on the beach and in the warm whether before out kids returned to school. We had been to the area before but we always used hotels for our stay. Daytona Beach Boardwalk and surrounding area was not as fun and entertaining as we remembered. I understand that COVID19 played a major role in service that was provided in the area so we enjoyed more time indoors than outdoors. It also stormed during our trip but having to stay indoors was not an issue. Entry and exit into the property was easy. Grocery stores and shopping was all within 5 minutes of the home. The home pretty much had EVERYTHING you would need in a home besides food. There were even chips for the children. If I was to visit the area again I would definitely reach out to the property owner to see if this property was available. Only suggestion is that a few trash bags are provided to the guest to ensure that garbage is properly thrown out.

The property was very clean and the property host was quick to respond if needed. The location was within 15 minutes of everything my family and I wanted to do. We could not have asked for better for our first family vacation.

The property was a great layout. The only thing that caught us off guard was that some of the "children" on the trip with us were 16 yr old boys expecting to have a bed. Found out a day or so ahead of time that the bunks couldn't accommodate them because of weight. Moral of the story traveling with smaller children, this is a great spot. We pulled mattresses off and slept a couple of the older boys on the floor. All in all a good property and good location.

This home was exactly as advertised in a quite neighborhood super close to the bridge to cross over to Atlantic Avenue and close to the Daytona Speedway. The owner was in contact and answered any questions we had, the A/C worked great, the home had a fenced yard for our dog so no leash walking but still pick up the poop. LOL We will rent again when we are in Daytona. It was just my husband and I but this home can easily accommodate a large family in complete comfort.

Definitely a great place that’s near the beach. The rooms are spacious and lots of beds to accommodate our family. The shared bathroom sink was a bit small but the double vanity in the master bath made up for it. Will stay again when visiting Daytona Beach. The beach and other amenities were about a 5-10 min drive.

The house is nice and clean as you see it online. The location is good for the beach (not walking distance) good for gas, groceries and restaurants. Everything thing is within 6 miles or less. Definitely a good vacation spot for families and friends. Also the owner checks on you when you arrive. That's good for a property owner. It shows that he cares. Greg & Yolanda
