"Surf Gypsy has everything you think you need and more. The place is cozy and the beds are comfortable. We brought our own toilet paper and paper towels, but left them in car because the house was stocked. The kitchen is beautiful and the fridge is huge. The pool was a major part of our week long vacation. We were out there everyday. And watched football games and the presidential debate on the back porch. The beach is a 3 minute stroll from the house, and great for morning walks. Paul was very communicative and prompt on responding when I asked about the video games. I highly recommend this place to anyone that needs a relaxing place to stay! "

"The condo is exactly as advertised. The unit has a nice view of the pool and ocean and a very easy walk right down to the sand. It was exceptionally clean when we arrived. The host was very responsive to any question we had. We would stay there again."

"This property was everything we needed as a family. The entire interior is wonderfully appointed and very comfortable.. including beds! Basic amenities were more than enough..no need to run to the store as soon as you arrive. Front porch looking out to the ocean was great. Also fenced area for dogs was a huge plus. We will definitely be back 😊"

"What a great place to spend a few days. All of the photos are accurate, the location is great and we so enjoyed our stay. The property is easy to find and in a great location - it was a short walk to the beach, or a community fishing pier and a short drive to the bay side area on the point. Even though it is on the main road, it was very quiet in the evenings and not a ton of traffic during the day either. The house was comfortable with big tv's and decks. Under the house was wonderful with an outdoor shower (GREAT water pressure too) and hose off area. All of the provided beach items (chairs, umbrellas etc.) were fantastic as was the wagon to haul it all. The only downside was the shower in the master is comically small in a big bathroom, but the shower in the other bathroom is fine. The upstairs area is great for watching tv when others downstair are off to bed. Down at the South end of Topsail it was not as crowded as it seemed further up so I would recommend this end of the island as a choice. Betsy the host was quick to respond when I couldn't find the entry e-mail so we appreciated that for sure. This is a great place in a wonderful location and would stay here again and recommend it to anyone. "

"The condo was beautifully decorated and fully stocked with pot and pans, linens and towels..Great location..The pool across the street was amazing and the ocean view from the balcony couldnt have been any better..Great place to stay and communication with property manager was very good..I highly recommend this property..Hope to stay here again next year"

"Perfect location, can’t get any closer to the beach. Nice and quiet. House was very clean and up to date. Was exactly as pictured in the listing. Only incredibly minor complaint was that the smoke alarm is super sensitive and went off every time we used the oven. Better to work than not at all though! Definitely will be coming back. "
