"4 night break with family in half term. Hotel was new when we stayed so everything was fresh and in spoiled by others. Room was great, nice bathroom and lounge area. Kitchen well stocked to do basic cooking in terms of utensils etc. food at the restaurant was a bit lacking in choice, however was very tasty. No complaints here. "

"Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....

Parking is available but is tricky and not ideal if you have a van - up a steep ramp and then requires reversing down a narrow lane to get out. Not impossible but not easy! There is parking in the village which was easily accessible when we stayed. "

"Lots of instruction from the owner on how to get in and maintain the property etc. Property is very spacious and well maintained and has a beautiful view. Excellent communication from the owner too. Overall an excellent property."

"Didn't stay here much, a friend used it a few nights though, and I visited. Totally my mistake, last minute looking after a puppy meant I couldn't use. Such a real shame, because I'd have had an amazing holiday here otherwise."

Especially Tom and an American man who had started work at the hotel on our first day. Food was amazing as was service from restaurant staff."
