"They have a breakfast restaurant called “Come Monday” but it was closed the whole time on Monday, seemed strange. Also they have bars all over but they are closed on Sunday at 5:00 and completely closed on Mondays. I thought it was “5’oclock somewhere” slogan but never open after 5:00 on Sunday or anytime on Monday. Which was kind of a drag. They charge $15.99 for smores seemed expensive but it was fun with kids. But no bars open. "

"Very nice rooms, needs to be deep cleaned. Took a black light with me and did not like the results. Recommend giving customers access to control heat plus or minus 5 degrees instead of just fan control. Me personally the room was good temperature, but for some people it might be nice to adjust. Parking garage elevators are in terrible condition, needs servicing. No one greeting us at front door, along with unfinished construction outside main lobby. Other than that it was a great stay. "

"This was our first time in Tahoe and we absolutely loved the area and this hotel. We did splurge on a room with a balcony but could have probably skipped that expense, it was a little underwhelming. The snow was melting so it was just dripping and it wasn’t very comfortable to be sitting in that area. Lots of kids which was great for us because we brought our toddler along but I wish they had more to do with the kiddos. They had a movie night, but it was just a projector and chairs in a conference room. Maybe some popcorn or snacks would have been helpful. Their arcade is just another conference room with a few machines. The Grille they recommended on site was not accepting reservations and weren’t very welcoming when we arrived and I read they were closing permanently so we had to venture out with the car. We didn't ski but we did take our daughter sledding which was so much fun. The room itself was nice. "
