"The location was excellent, and the staff was very helpful. It would be nice to have onsite laundry facilities for a long stay, but we found a very convenient facility within 2 blocks. They have a laundry service that is priced by piece, which was a bit pricey. Otherwise, a great stay - if you can book with 22nd floor lounge access, do so. It was nice to begin and end the day there with beautiful views of the city and islands."

"great location and easy to get around. Excellent Italian restaurant across the street. You can buy a return day pass to Miyajima that covers tge train and the ferry to the island. Very cheap and convenient. Room was spotless and nicely appointed. My only criticism is that there is not much space to hang up clothing if staying for several nights.
