All the staff from housekeeping to the reception desk were all very helpful and friendly. The hotel is centrally located, walking distance to many sites, local restaurants, grocery stores, other shops and the Metro/Subway station.

Excellent locations for shopping and dinning and easy access to all parts of Hong Kong. Even Airport bus to the airport within a few minutes walk from the hotel. Breakfast room on the 1st floor has recently gone through a refresh renovation making it more pleasant to have breakfast before making it out for the day!

Nice dinner buffet! The rooms need updating and has a smell from being in the tropics. They did put dehumidifiers in the room, but still had an odor. Very convenient location. Gym was decent and nice swimming pool. Was fine for a week's stay.
