"We stayed for 17 nights and got to know most of the staff there. They were kind, friendly and ready to help. The location is convenient with a 3 minute walk in the skybridge to the Fortress Hill MTR station. We got a room upgrade to the 8th floor with harbor view. Given the duration of our stay, we asked for a microwave, which come with a small shelf for additional storage. The decor of the lobby and hallways were luxurious with many weddings and corporate events during our stay. The hotel offers excellent value and we would stay here again."

"This is an excellent basic hotel but that is reflected in the price. Very good location for the trams and walkable for the average person. MTR is also within walking distance but trams are very regular. Got a bus straight from the airport after buying an Octopus card. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Only gripe was the bread used for toast at breakfast. Need to change the bakery. Was able to organise a takeaway breakfast as we had a very early airport run. Would go back no problem."

"Emergency stop over caused by a typhoon. This is a great hotel, clean and comfortable. Easy to get to on the airport express plus a couple or stops on mtr system. Good food just around the corner. Room was nice a quiet. Great matress. Good shower."
