I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share my thoughts. The hotel itself is lovely, with a rich history that adds charm to the visit. However, I encountered some challenges with the customer service at the reception. The staff member I spoke with had a less-than-helpful attitude when explaining the billing system, which made the process frustrating. On a positive note, the individual at the buffet was exceptionally nice and friendly, providing a warm and pleasant experience. Improving the customer service at the reception could enhance the overall guest experience.

Beautiful hotel and wonderful location. Only downside was the deafening construction on tower right next to pool area that made it impossible to enjoy this area.

Excellent hotel on the beach with great history. Great location. Only issue was lack of sun beds around the pool. Watching sunset from the 6th floor balconies was great.

Nice property but the valet service along with the "resort fee" is a joke. Valet service takes at least 25 minutes to bring you your car and they don't have another parking option so you're stuck paying $65 a day!!!!!!

Such a beautiful resort! Loved the location. Walking distance to any food place. On the beach! Close by to pickup points for tours. Best location by far!

This hotel is at the perfect location, but it’s so outdated and not well kept. I had a city view and it was so loud it felt like I was on the strip.

This property is superb! It’s so charming, it’s located in the center of Waikiki so perfect for walking to dinner, shopping, sightseeing, we loved everything about our stay here. Samson at the front desk is the man!
