"The room was bright and airy due to the ceiling height with exposed beams, in a pretty street in a cool area. The rooms facilities, are lacking. As in it was poorly equipped.. No hangers any where, not for towels, coats or for clothes in the wardrobe. The shower cubicle has no way to stop the water from pooling out to the toilet space, and again nowhere to hang the sopping wet floor towel. No drinking water in the room, not two spoon but one, and one welcome pack not two, Not one double...

"Loved the Apartments and its right across the street from the big train station where you can get anywhere you need to go. You can be in the city center in under 10 mins. It was clean and had everything we needed to cook meals and just relax after a day out. Staff was very friendly and helpful as well."

"It was great from check in to departure, only thing I would say is if you’re staying in the apartments the stairs are very steep so could be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. "

Rooms had their linen changed but the living room and kitchen was pretty dirty still.. bathroom and toilet were good.. if you have a lot of luggage, suggest ask for a ground floor apartment as the lift was not working and the stairs were tight and steep.. "Excellent location if visiting any of the popular museums and galleries around Museumplein area. Transport links are excellent and various trams eg Number 12 go the the Central train station. I usually avoid ‘key in ‘ places with no permanent staff but it was fine. Final payment the night before (local taxes?) and an e mail giving instructions eg turn up, press reception, let in and keys in an envelope. "Loved the property — clean and quiet in that area. Bus to central station was nearby. Design of toilet floor could be better though. It was flooding as the water wasn’t directed to the drain and it flowed out of the toilet into the common area but nothing a towel can’t stop. Property was really pretty! Would stay again "

"Canal Suites Amsterdam was even better than we expected. Gorgeous layout of the apartment style suite, comfortable bed, TV equipped with Netflix, functional kitchenette, good wifi, and most importantly a very walkable neighbourhood with everything you need, nice and quiet but just a short walk away from multiple types of public transportation and a bustling bar and club area. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Amsterdam and would come back again. "
