"Excellent room! Booked the Wellness room, complete with sauna and jacuzzi. Well worth it and enjoyed both. Hotel is in a good location, though a bit of a walk to city center. Definitely suggest renting one of the hotel bikes. Restaurant was good, nothing to write home about but convenient. Staff was mediocre at best. Bartenders were super blah, front desk staff seemed uninterested and an employee attempted to hit on my fiancé while she was working in the business center very early in the morning. All in all, staff wasn’t “bad” but definitely wasn’t “good”. Stay here for the exceptional rooms, just don’t expect to be impressed by the staff. Except for the housekeeping, they were great. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It is reasonably priced but really good condition and very clean with comfortable beds. The hotel is close to tram stops and also a railway station so it was very easy to visit the city centre. The only comment we would make is that the rooms don’t have air con (because of the hotel’s sustainability initiatives) which meant that our room was quite warm during our stay in May. Overall a great stay."

"This is away from the downtown busyness, which I really liked. You can easily hop on Tram #2 which take you throughout the city and Centraal Station. The room was the perfect size, clean and every day my bed was made, a new supply of towels and coffee pods. "

"Friendly staff. We arrived prior to check in and they were willing to hold our bags, but found out our room was ready and we could bring them up. We stayed in the wellness room and the tub, shower, and sauna worked and clean directions were provided. We had a great stay. "
