"We arrived early (like 9AM) and the hotel was "under pressure" to give us our room ASAP. So we booked two beds in a room, we reminded them about the two beds, yet we got the single king bed setup in our room. They made good on the bed configuration relatively quickly and from then on, the stay was perfect. We liked the room, the luxury toiletries provided, the concierge service was extremely helpful, and we dined in all three restaurants, and the experience was really 5 start plus. Will stay again and highly recommend!!! Great location, easy to walk to most landmarks, restaurants and shopping."

"Everyone was upbeat and kind, and towels are available just inside the front door if you got caught by the rain. The bar provided me with a much-needed patron pick-me-up, and our large tv and bed provided a cozy experience for our last night in Amsterdam."
