We welcome you to this newly remodeled and beautifully decorated 2-bedroom and 1-bath home. This special place is located near so many great spots, making it easy to plan your visit. Located within a 10-minute walk or 2-minute drive to John Randolph Medical Center, a 10-minute walk or 2-minute drive to Hopewell Riverwalk, a 2-minute drive to the Hopewell City Marina and within 1.5 miles to two bus stops. You and your little ones are invited to explore the community playground across the street!

This 2-bedroom, 1-full bathroom home is perfect to suit up to four guests. At the entryway, you'll be greeted by our cozy living room with a Roku television for all of your streaming entertainment.

Past the living room is the full size kitchen with a fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker and oven, stocked with all of your basic prepping and cooking essentials. Enjoy a unique dining experience at the floating bar equipped with four stools.

The washer/dryer are located in the closet across from the dining area. Feel free to use these during your stay!

There are two comfy bedrooms to lounge in, each boasting a queen size bed.

The full size bathroom contains a shower/tub combo and we provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Our home is located on the first floor; there will be no stairs to climb during your stay.

The entirety of the unit is accessible with the exception of a hospitality closet.

This home is centrally located to many great restaurants, must-see attractions and tasty places to grab a drink. It's only a couple minutes walking distance to the nearest hospital. The city marina is only minutes away, as well as several beautiful and peaceful parks if you're wanting go for a walk or a bike ride. This home is only a 5-minute walk or a 1-minute drive to the popular Beacon Theatre which quite frequently has live music!

EARLY CHECK-IN: Due to our high number of turnovers, we cannot accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please read and understand the cancellation policy prior to booking. This policy is firm, and we will be upheld in the event of a cancellation. We recommend purchasing travel insurance if you have concerns that you may need to cancel your reservation for any reason.

PET POLICY: We do not allow pets.
HOUSE RULES:
-Check-in time is 4:00pm.
-Check-out time is 10:00am.
-Quiet hours are between 10pm to 9am.
-Pets are not allowed.
-No smoking indoors. A $250 fee will be charged to guests after departure if evidence of smoking indoors is detected.
-Please set the air-conditioning to 65 degrees (winter months) & 74 degrees (summer months) on departure.
-Please keep all exterior doors/windows shut when HVAC is running.
-Please dispose of all trash upon departure into exterior trash can(s).
-Please only place toilet paper in the toilet, as we are on a septic system.
-Please strip beds and place all dirty towels/linens in the linen hampers/closets.
-Please clean all dirty dishes and cutlery before departing.
-Guest(s) shall leave the property in neat and undamaged condition.
-Any and all acts by guest(s) and/or its invitees, that result in damages to the property or its contents, whether such act was intentional or the result of negligence will allow the host and or owner to deduct from the security deposit any and all cost incurred or to be incurred in returning the property or its contents to its original state and/or replace the item(s) as needed.
