"Loved the front porch. I sat outside on the glider more than I stayed inside. Nice neighborhood. Close to town. Cute shops downtown and wonderful local eateries. Highly recommend Fresh Wood Fired Pizza & Pasta and Trailahead. Wonderful stay, peaceful and relaxing. "

"This is a wonderful house for a large family vacation. We had a group of 15 and there was more than enough room for us to be comfortable. There was a power outage in Black Mountain. I emailed the host and water and flashlights were delivered to us very quickly. The best part of the trip was sitting on the porch looking at that beautiful view. We would definitely stay here again."

"this cabin was amazing its located perfectly up on the mountain its a 5 min to town theres so many shops and places to eat its a cute little town. me and my boyfriend had a blast the hot tub was so clean and easy to use. we relaxed and watched movies and ate a lot and drank. this was the best place ever. check in and check out is easy. the host left us a bottle of wine and goodies for our stay. 10/10 so clean and nice would definitely stay again!!"

"Our friend’s trip was great! The Grey Eagle Cottage was a great place to stay! SUPER dog friendly, BIG fenced in yard with a wood fire pit and plenty of wood to burn. Charcoal grill and coal was provided! The hot tub was awesome once fixed properly. Communication with the host was GREAT! They responded so quick and helped with anything we needed, they were on top and ensured our stay was comfortable. Everyone in my friend group was beyond thrilled with the stay and definitely a friendly and proud small community, 3 minutes away from the downtown area and 20 minutes away from hike /trails. Fun time and home away from home feels. Thank you!!!"
