"This hotel was such good value The room was clean and spacious. There were plenty of clean, white, fluffy towels and miniature toiletries. The reception contacted us to check arrival time and to see if we needed anything. The staff were so welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely stay again next time we're in Plymouth."

"Our stay was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make everything perfect. Before arrival, I requested a bouquet of flowers and some balloons to be arranged in our room, and it was beautifully set up just as we hoped. The room itself was lovely, we stayed in a castle valley view room. Waking up to a breathtaking sunrise made it even more memorable. The Sunday roast was exceptional, honestly, the best we’ve had anywhere, and we’ve tried many places for roasts! Breakfast was also excellent, with plenty of variety. We even requested a few items not on the menu, and it was no trouble at all. A truly unforgettable experience. Highly recommend!"
