"The property was just as described. Robin was very helpful from answering questions before I booked to pointing out helpful information in the guestbook when we arrived. I doubted we'd use the outdoor shower, but it turned out to be quite the experience. While the 100 additional fee seemed a bit excessive for the minimalist approach - I recommend!"

"The property has a beautiful view. Nice and breezy. It’s safe no wild life around. We had to park our vehicle at the bottom of the hill and hike up to the cabin. With that being said we left the luggage in the vehicle. Next time we will prepare better. The only problem we encountered was the shower. There was not enough water for 2 people. "We had a great time during our stay! The owners were very accessible for questions and even replaced the TV during our stay when the TV speaker wasn't working. "We had such a blast staying at The George @ontexastime. The location is perfect as we visited Austin and Fredericksburg. Loved the clean and efficient cabin- perfect for the two of us and so, so cute. The cold plunge and sauna were a treat, also used the swimspa which was way bigger than I thought. I wanted them to experience sitting around a picnic table rather than a living room, everyone sharing one room, one bathroom for all of us, no screens for most of the day, few appliances. All was accomplished! Management was responsive to all needs and offered solutions. The property feels the pinch of no available workers. I find that is everywhere!"
