"I received an email at 10pm the night before our stay to say this reservation was cancelled. The note said “water leakage has still not been fixed due to heavy rain”. There had never been an alert that there was possibly a problem - the 10pm cancellation was the first we’d heard of it. Needles to say, we had to scramble to find alternate accommodation for the next day. We had to stay in a motel in Richmond. I highly recommend not booking this property that has such poor communication."

"The house was really nice and pretty! Though I was a little confused with the check-in process... we were provided a code to enter, but I wasn't sure where the keypad was. My roommate and I had to ring the doorbell to get in. I also assumed that we'd be having the whole house (at least from the description) but I think you have the specifically request the entire house. Which makes sense because the house is really really big. The guest rooms are upstairs. They're clean, but they have remnants...

Disappointed at how old the unit was for the price. Also there was no A/C or fan in the unit and it was very hot. Had to leave the slider and windows open all night, but flies kept coming in and that was very annoying. The bed didn’t fit the bed frame and it wasn’t ideal… I’m not sure I would stay here again unless the price was cheaper....

It's a little cold as most of the flooring is tile and there is no common area besides the kitchen table. Still, if you're looking for more room than a hotel room, this works pretty well. There are two double beds and a good bathroom. It didn't bother me that there was no TV, but some people might care about that. "
