Modern-Rustic Luxury Rock House

"In a weekend stay at the Rock House with a mid teens grandson and his friend who are obsessed with fishing our expectations were exceeded. The interior is modern, very well furnished and equipped and was very comfortable for the three of us. The host was very communicative and very helpful with suggestions for alternative activities, of which we took part in a hot soak at the hot springs very near by. The Colorado River was a 20 minute walk and yielded beautiful good size rainbows and brown trout. It's hard to imagine fishing that good such a short walk away from an in-town cabin. The house book provided by the host is very informative, with great information about the colorful history of the town. He communicates well and is very helpful in advising about local attractions. We'd love to return. "
"Wonderful stay with family of 5 (teens). Murphy bed in living room is genius! My son approved. Used all amenities- loved the game room! Would have been nice not to have to pay for wifi. "

"We really enjoyed this house! It accommodated our family well! The beds were very comfy and the kitchen was well stocked!House presented well but it could use a deep cleaning of baseboards and ceiling fans. It wouldn’t keep me from booking again but that is why I gave cleanliness 3 stars. Also, a house that size could use more bath towels. Also, listing states it’s brand new but I don’t think it’s brand new anymore. It is a newer build in a developing neighborhood but appears to be at least a few years old.We appreciated the close proximity to Granby ranch for skiing and the City Market being so close for our frequent forgotten grocery items!Our host was very responsive to messages and I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a nice, comfortable place to stay!"
"We had a last second decision to stay in Granby for a loss of a family member in the area. Super easy to find as it’s right off the main road right in the middle of town. Everything we needed was there if we needed a glass of water in the night it was accessible with a filter on the sink. Very comfy couch it lounge in and speak with family. Comfy bed, family slept on futon and it was on the thinner side so kinda woke up sore. Had hot showers in the morning for 2 people. Heater kept us warm at night even when it snowed over night. Was able to clean our clothes before taking off the morning of check out. Had plenty of things and games laying around if you came for better moments and were stuck there."
