Quiet and away from the road, you are a few meters from a cycle path allowing you to access the lake, the port and the city center in complete safety. You will find on the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room and overlooking the main room, a 1st bedroom with 1 double bed of 140cm, an adjoining bathroom. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds of 140cm with storage, a second bathroom. The Exterior is equipped with a large wooden terrace in order to take full advantage of the Hourtin sun and allowing you to take your meals thanks to the garden furniture available.
