I would like a full refund of my money. I left due to my guests being stuck in the feet by a nail. We all did not enjoy our stay an I would like a full refund. We didn’t stay the night at the hotel we left as soon after we got stuck by a nail.

I wish we could appreciate the uniqueness of the property but the lack of good amenities like a closet.. a tightly closing door and a bug zapper present in the room with plenty more bugs to go around really made it a less enjoyable stay.. no hooks to hang towels and the comfort of the bed could not be fully enjoyed with the constant paranoia of bugs, we warched the zapper flash over and over. This was not worth the price and it is not what is advertised.

Rooms were still a little dirty from renovations that were happening. Most rooms were still being renovated during the stay so we didn't get the pool view rooms like i paid for. Check in staff were nice but the bar people came off as somewhat rude.
