The property is in perfect location. The view was outstanding. But the room, carpet and wall decor are all old. The smell is old. Also, there's not even a microwave. The restaurant is uninviting.

Front desk assured me my booking was updated, and then have no idea what's going on upon my arrival. After speaking with a supervisor, I was assured again. Now I have a bill for the wrong dates.
