"I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. It is listed as a 'Guest House' but it is more like a 5 Star Hotel. It was a very late check-in but the staff were brilliant and most accommodating in getting my room arranged, even bringing up a small fruit platter to settle me in. The choices for breakfast were excellent and, again, the staff very polite and helpful. A shot walk away was the city centre with shops, restaurants, etc. I would certainly stay here again when visiting Guangzhou."

The hotel doesn't look like much from the outside but offer very comfortable rooms and services within. Not your usual hotel experience. "The stay was generally good and close to shopping district at Beijing Lu. Transportation via Didi was convenient to places of interest. Place was also kept very clean and tidy. Only concern was that there was no place to rest / sit during checkin and checkout process. After checking out (with luggages), I had to sit at the steps while waiting to leave for the airport."
