"Great spot as home base for sight seeing. The neighborhood directly around the hotel is safe but a little run down. However, a few miles in one direction is the historic district and the in the other is a vibrant area of cafes and restaurants. It requires walking or uber but this hotel was perfect for us as first time Guadalajara tourists."

However I have found to my exasperation for a sevond time that the word Botique seams to mean that thete is no bar and no resturant, no coffee machine ot means if making a cup of tea. "This place is great for the price. This is a small boutique hotel located in the "happening" area of Guadalajara, just walking distance to a lot of restaurants, bar and shops. Such a cool room with modern and interesting touches, and the wrap around balcony gave us a welcome space to relax in the evenings and watch the most gorgeous sunrise in the mornings.
