"From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the hotel’s modern yet cozy atmosphere. The staff were fantastic, but a special shoutout goes to the doorman—he was truly 10/10. Every time we came back, he greeted us with the warmest welcome and made us feel right at home. If you’re staying here, you’ll be perfectly situated to explore some of Guadalajara’s best spots. We highly recommend brunch at Neretta (don’t miss the affogato) and a visit to Bruna for dinner. Bruna’s creative drinks and delicious entradas were honestly some of the highlights of our trip—perfect for a special night out. Between the amazing service, comfortable rooms, and prime location near so many great restaurants, we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!"

"Property was located in the downtown district of Guadalajara, everything was easily accessible, and the staff was very alert to our needs and very helpful. My only complaint with this hotel would be the quality of the water. Anytime we would use the sink or turn on the showers, there would be an instant smell of sewage or dirty water. "
