"Excellent 10 out of 10. Our 3 day Xmas period stay with our dog was from arrival absolutely superb. All the staff are very pleasant and helpful; the room was warm, comfortably and clean. The food throughout our stay was excellent with a menu to suit everyone and the Xmas lunch was fantastic. This is definitely a place to revisit."

"We had a lovely few days at Dale House. Dominique is a wonderful host and a skilful chef. We had a memorable dinner one evening and our cooked breakfast each morning was a highlight. Dominique was also very accommodating with our dog which made all the difference. Dale House is located in a very quiet spot within the moors so if you appreciate the peacefulness this place is for you. "

"Myself and my partner chose the green grove country house b&b as mini moon for after our wedding and wow they were amazing. Allowing us to check in early to being flexible and welcoming. The room was amazing and was everything we wanted and more. Excellent facilities and very very clean. Adding extra small touches and being super friendly. Breakfast was 10/10 and was both filling and really flavoured. We will be going back again hopefully in the future and maybe with two little children to make...

"What a wonderful stay. Room absolutely gorgeous and with everything you could require even a fridge. Wide range of hot beverages to choose from. So clean and warm. The hotel restaurant was amazing, from the food to the wonderful friendly staff. Really liked the open fires and real Christmas trees made it very special. "

"Our only complaint was the inability to find a location to dine in the nearby town. This was partly our own fault as we did not realize we would have to reserve and did not have a list of available eateries. The B&B itself was excellent."
