Dangerously close to late night eats. Combined washer/dryer unit can take several hours to dry clothes completely. Don't use anything above a medium spin cycle or it might shimmy down the hall. Noise mentioned in other reviews was not a big issue. The street can get very busy which is great and you will hear the neighbors...
