"Clean room. Comfortable bed. Great shower pressure. Helpful and friendly staff (Ren) at the front desk during check-in. Quiet and peaceful despite being in the city. And i would return. For these reasons, the overall rating is 5 stars, though 4.5 might be more appropriate as there were 3 minor issues. The bed was supposed to be a queen though it’s considerably smaller than the queen i have at home, and I wonder if it’s actually a full sized bed. The towel I used was frayed and had a hole in it, and there were strands of towel on me after drying off. The ceiling had discolored areas. "
