"Traveled for our 10 year wedding anniversary and we absolutely loved the hotel! The staff was extremely kind and accommodating and the location is very central to so many great parts of the city! Close walk to transit and the amazing North end. Highly recommend!"

"The hotel is nice and centrally located. Disappointingly, the staff was not welcoming or accommodating. There is no business office that can help print boarding pass or other documents you’ll need like cruise documents. The night desk staff looked like he’d rather sleep. The room is comfortable. We did not get additional shampoo when empty. The service was not at par for the price we paid. "

"I enjoyed my stay. Hotel was located walking distance to the TD Garden, Train Station, Subways, Quincy Market across the street had tons of food and snack options. Starbucks was walking distance. I would definitely stay again. Complimentary waters in the lobby was great also. See you again soon. "

"Overall, our stay was okay and we do recommend this hotel, especially for the location. We did have an incident with our bathroom shower head falling apart but after our stay, a representative from the hotel assisted us with the issue. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable and staff was friendly. "
