"I cannot say enough about the kind staff at this hotel. Especially the woman at the front desk that helped find the right room for my son, who had an accident, and was on crutches. Customer service that cares is RARE and we are so grateful. Additionally, the hotel is perfectly located and has numerous restaurants and shops within steps. Could not recommend more!"

"The apartment was spacious( good for a family of 4 or two couples), clean and well equipped. It is located within a walking distance to most Madrid's attractions and Atocha train/metro station. Although the neighbourhood is busy at night, the bedrooms are in the back and nights are very quiet. There are hundreds of great restaurants in the area. The streets are safe.The management was great to deal with and I would highly recommend this property to anyone planning a visit to Madrid."

"The hotel was on the second floor and situated in an older Spanish building. (A lift was available). The staff and I got by with my very little Spanish. There was a map on the wall and a tear off copy which was very handy. It is close to Anton Martin tube station which with a little planning can get you all round Madrid. There are a lot of restaurant/cafes and the hotel is close to a square with more. I found a supermarket quite close."
