"Very nice property with nearby beach and great coffee"

"It was just old and dated and all the doors to the building were old and broken and propped open. Didn’t feel safe at all. But right on the beach and everything was very walkable and the staff was all friendly. The room was better than the general property condition and had a nice fridge and microwave and good shower. "

"The rooms were great! Beds were comfy. Bathrooms are large! There was a SICK kid in the dining hall each morning, COUGHING ON ALL THE FOOD, not covering his mouth, parents not caring. When I asked the front desk clerk if she could talk to his parents, she shrugged her shoulders and told me that I could eat outside. Other than her, the staff was great. The elevator was shut down for a part of the evening for an hour or two, but it wasn't terrible using the stairs. "
